hello all,my mother in law whos in her 70s had a leak and had to have a new immersion heater fitted less than 2 yrs ago . my regular plumber whos excellent was away so i employed someone else to do the job. now its firing water out the over flow every morning( shes on economy 7) the plumber wont come back and doesnt answer my calls,even though he came back to check the problem once and said hed be back. now my regular plumber has condemned it all,said its dangerous and has told me to report him and let people know just how dangerous it is! but who do i tell? is there a body who checks these kind of things? its not gas so gas safe aint no good? its gone beyond him coming back now. as a napit reg sparky i know that if i dangerously bodged id be answerable and hate cowboys who con old ladies...he werent cheap either!!!!!!
