Hi all I have to site a condensing oil boiler close to a boundary. Its going to be one of these Greenstar 50/70 or there abouts.

The 600mm rule doesnt look like it applies, I think is 2.5 metres from the boundary as its condensing.

1) What should my distance from the boundary be?
2) Does this rule also apply to a vertical flue if I vent above the eves?

Also I gather they are noisey, what happens if a neighbour complains. I dont want to revist the installation.

Thanks in advance.

Correct with 2,5 metres with something as big as a 50/70 we would never do low level, plume kit as minimum or other vertical flue.
Both for noise and so plume cannot create a nuisance.
Can't say personally re noise on a Worcester as we would never ever fit them!
