Core set - any good for me ?

The above link is to a core set. I need to drill into my solid brick wall and cut 2 toilet stack holes, one fan hole and a waste pipe (32mm) hole.

Will this be ok for my needs? The cost of hire is going to be £30-40 so i thought buying this set would be more cost effective.

Does it look like there is everything i need there ?

That's a TCT set,you need a hammer drill for that,it would be hard work. A diamond core is easier. Do you need it for a one off job? Can you borrow one,that's the cheapest way!
