Ok Kim Iam fully book tomorrow will see you first thing sat morning

10 Am Friday " Hi its Kim again had to get some one else out he thinks it could the fan or pcb, but the boilers working when he came so he,s gone"

"its ok I think it might the air pressure switch I will pick one up and see you in the morning"

3Pm "Hi is Kim again the boilers off again the other guy has been back with a new fan but it is the wrong fan he can not the right one til Tuesday, Do u want to still call in the morning? "

No, he has ordered the part so i there is nothing I can do.

I would have turned up to get a service call out of her.
If it wasn't the fan I would fix and charge more.

If it was the fan - I would say the other guy was right and she will have to wait until Tuesday

I went to a job last year, leaky shower pump hose, got there £40 call out, woman said 'I've called the emergency services as well'???!!

I says 'you what'

She says yeah the AA for plumbing emergencies.

I says 'ok, that's £40'
She pays, I leave.

That's what I'm like.

Had a phone call a few Saturday's ago at 10:30 pm I let it go to answerphone and they said "a towel rail has come off the wall I am not expecting you to come out straight away but if you could give me a call tomorrow to arrange"

I phoned the next morning at 9:30ish to be told they got someone else in on the Saturday night then proceeded to tell me what they had done and wondered if they had been charged correctly! I said is it all sorted? Yes, ok then I've got to go bye.
