hi anyone who can help I,m not sure if I,m on the right site, but anyway we have moved into an old house which we have a drive to, which is ours but we have to give access to the neighbour so as they can use their back door walking only, which is not a problem but they have a flu from an old oil boiler coming out their wall into it, the problem is it is at wing,mirror height and a few people myself included have taken paint off and even a wing mirror nearly,this is to give an idea of the height more,a bit of paint isn't such a problem but our grandson, who lives with us, is now walking and the flue gets very hot as does the guard around it and he will soon want to play in the garden and up the drive when the gate is locked ,I would like to know where I stand if anywhere before I try to speak with the neighbours about moving it into their garden along with the oil line ,which runs along the wall to just below it , because we have found out they are very nasty people and have already had another neighbours mother in tears over her parking, , and the people who lived in our house left because of them(which we didn't know about until we bought the house)
