I have just completed my first ever job entirely by digital methods bought a breakdown from rated people which turned into a boiler swop the whole thing from first call to invoice ,warranty, building cert ,invoice and payment was completed using text email online banking and gas engineers software ive not met the customer as it was a rented property
Not sure its as pleasurable as meeting customers and it probably cost me a few hours at a keyboard but hey evidently its the future all i need now is the robot to do the work
