I recently swapped a 12/13 year old ariston unvented for a new RM, customer saw my van parked in the apartment block car park this afternoon, came out moaning that the cylinder cupboard is not hot enough to dry her clothes now !!!!
i explained why , but she wouldn't have it and walked off muttering something under her breath.

first moan in over a year lol

I had one moaning that the hot water is no longer scalding hot. It used to be hot enough to burn you but not you can hold your hand under it.

Lol ^^^, i offered to drill some holes in the cylinder and pull the insulation out, i kid you not , she didnt realise i was joking and for a second she considered it.
