Electronic self certification - gas safety register

Hi guys I'm after some help with something that maybe fairly obvious.
Boring stuff to do with the gas safety register website.
I have a client who is a house builder, they are after getting habitation certificate done in one house from local authority and on Monday I have commissioned the gas and boiler and shot a notification off to gas safe. Now someone is moving into this house on Friday and I'm told I can get an electronic copy of my certificate sent to myself so I could email it over to the house builder rather than wait the 10 days or so for the hard copy to come - to get their house buying in by Friday.
So... How do I get these electronic copies of the building regs notifications? I phoned gas safe this morning and the girl on the phone just didn't seem to understand what I'm getting at.
Someone mentioned a plumber on other site gets a email come through with it on. All i get from gas safe in email is payment receipts.

I think you can get the fee number when you register it
But need to wait for the hard copy

Ok cheers. That's that I always thought but the foreman on this site (miles away from where I usually work - just called up on way up to Scotland) had a photo in his email of the certificate- like you get through the post, and said that the plumber on this other site nearby can email these to him within a day of sending notification. Is he bulling me or what? Hah.
Usually I don't give a monkey's how long the certificate takes to come but this guy is putting pressure on me trying to get it there quick.
Guess it's tough luck for him.

Commissioned and signed off your end , now wait for gas safe to drag their heals and offer nothing for the money you pay them .

You go back to the notification you did and click on re send pdf certificate.
Comes through immediately.

Hey chalked can you tell me where abouts on the page this is? Can't see it.
I'm on my account > notifications > search(pick the one I want).

Now I just have a sort of review of the notification with date, address, number, status - paid etc.
I have the option to print this, Or view it. I press view and it come up a similar sort of thing and I can order a duplicate or leave page. Or am i on the wrong page?
