everything ok but no hot water

Baxi 105e boiler evrything is fine even the amount of water thru the hot tap but run cool, when exspansion on for hot water it starts hot and run quickly to cool. ANY Ideas please.😡

Is boiler main burner coming on when you turn hot water tap on,if so is it staying on when water running cold ?
Or when you turn tap on does nothing happen on boiler ?

poss plate heat exchanger/poss divertor valve/poss microswitch as puddle said
what is burner doing when you turn the tap on

apoligies been away for the weekend, no the burner kicks everything is as it should be, it stays on. I have removed the micrswitch and mimiced it being still in place and pressed the diverter but still no luck as I said before.

be carefull when you start overiding your switches, make sure to put them all back before you leave job!!

sounds like the heat exchanger.

everyone talks about scale when its usually the heating side thats blocked due to a dirty systemalthough this normally shuts the boiler down to at least a low fire
