Hi All,
I am currently undergoing some renovations at my place. My builder is installing an ensuite to the rear of our building where the kitchen and main bathroom is located. The pipes are at the same location.

Looking at the picture my builder is planning on the soil and drain pipes coming from where the red watering can on the right is. The 4mx100mm soil pipe will join the existing one by the orange bucket with the drain pipe ending up with the others by the orange bucket.
We have raised flooring so the pipe could go underneath the ensuite through the adjacent bathroom, avoiding the long 4m pipe at the back of our house but i am worried about if we ever need to replace or fix this the work involved would be a lot me difficult but having the pipes outside doesn't look great.
Has anyone got any opinions on the best route to go with reasons.
I'm not a plumber or builder so I am just googling trying to find ideas
