Ferroli Modena A01 fault code

Hi, I have been asked to look at a Ferroli Modena tomorrow evening. I've been text the details by a letting agent. They have requested I attend after 7pm, fine by me I have a job around the corner at 6pm.

It's giving the fault code A01. It's an ignition fault. Is anyone familiar with this?

I will be doing the usual checks, flue, gas on, condense pipe etc. Will check the pcb/fuses also.
Looks as though the gas valve is a possibility too. Are there any readings I can test for on the gas valve? I won't be able to call the manufacturer while on the job.
