Ferroli optimax he 31c No heating but hot water ok

Hi Can anyone please help me turn on my boiler. I have just moved into a house with this boiler and i cant seem to turn the heating on. The water runs hot fine but i cant seem to get the heating on. Can anyone give me any advice. Thanks

do you have a timeclock or room stat?

It is a time clock. I tried to set it to come on at a certian time and nothing happened.

try putting it on constant if that dont work it could be faulty
