Hi all I am new here I have a ferroli optimax he plus 31c boiler under 2 years old and is leaking from the cold water inlet from the top O ring I have had the installer out twice and now think he has not got a clue how to fix it can any one tell me were I can get a new O ring or water inlet thanks peter.

Do you mean the inlet under the boiler? If so just get a washer from plumb centre or somewhere like that, it'll be about 5p

yep its common on them usually from new,it needs a new one with silicone grease on it, sometimes the none return valve doesnt work and they can course it to leak av had that happen to me if its been installed by someone gas safe it should be under a 5 yr warranty as they have been for yrs

Thanks sorry I have took so long to reply but have been working on nights will get onto ferroli in the morning peter.
