Franke Olympus Triflow leaking!

I am trying to replace the valves in my Franke Olympus Triflow tap and have removed tap handles to expose the valves. However, when I try to remove the valve with my spanner, the chrome shroud at the base of the valve rotates. Should this chrome shroud unscrew and if so, how to I remove the value when the shroud and valve when they are off the main body of the unit?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds impossible pipmiester, as once the handle comes off sometimes the whole shroud comes away leaving access to the inard, which are quarter turn, try taking the shroud off first and don't worry if it rotates as its only a cover,
