Excuse TFJ, I’ve first fix a kitchen, remove 4 x rads and lagged( mitred joints) about 150m of combined 28/22/15mm pipework up at high level and underfloor boards.

But still had time to check in.

You heard of 4G?

😀
I’ve fitted 2 new Mira showers, fixed a leak on a basin, repaired a faulty pop up waste, tightened a moving kitchen monobloc tap and fixed a dishwasher. That’s my money earnt for the day

Reactions: Harvest Fields
Majority of my work is bathrooms yes, not today though. Had a relatively easy extension to first fix. Hence the fairly slack day.
Have never really done first fix. Was offered one in an extension the other day but timings didn’t work out. Anything I should be aware of?

It's also surprising how many builders/customers think you will just tap off that radiator under the window to feed the extention. They get a shock when the bedroom and hallway gets turned upside down to get to the main heating runs 😀

Have previously quoted a couple and I think that’s why I lost them.
