Gas rating a greenstar 30si. Put in service mode-2min test meter index 0.095. 0.095x3600x10.76/120 =30.666kw
In the technical data this matches what it says for maximum rated heat output dhw.
If you covert 30.666kw to m3/h 30.666x0.095 = 2.91327m3/h. In the technical data it says it should be 3.24m3/hr
Tb141 says it can be 10% below MI so 3.24 x 0.1 = 0.324 (10% of 3.24) 3.24-0.324 = 2.916
So the absolute minimum it can be is 2.916m3/h and im getting 2.91327m3/hr. Am I ok ?????

I make 30.66 kw 3.14 m3/h Even by your figures tho its so little I wouldn't worry about it, if you are adjust the air gas ratio valve a bit as its prob not bang on.

???? why times it by 3600 and divide by 120?

we just learnt x 30= m3/hr x 10.77 = kw.
