Prv is nothing to do with gas safe, flux mark on the pipe, so what, she's a lazy cow for leaving it there, 12" of half inch, you shoulda changed it but no big deal as long as you get the correct drop and without cutting a test point in before the boiler you get the benefit of the doubt at a 2.5mb drop to the valve.
Just wait until you get the report from gas safe and take it from there.

I wouldn't worry, as long as you know you have done everything correctly there will be nothing to worry about. NCS can be trivial things but Gas safe are only really interested in the likes of flues/ventilation/gas installation pipework. A PRV turnt into the wall instead of the floor is hardly a big deal. Yes it's terminated safely, just may not be to someone else's standards. What do the M.I's say?
