I do not agree with the persecution of people with different views or predilections but it seems to me that current trends favour the extraordinary above the ordinary.

Since you have decided to attack me, can you please explain why such an innocent word as Gay has been hijacked and turned into a word that celebrates an alternative lifestyle.

I remember when the word gay meant happy, and I feel uncomfortable with the hijacking of a perfectly innocent word turning it into a tawdry descriptive of an unnatural relationship and even a word that is often perceived as an insult.

I think the English language moves on adapts and trends change, trend isn't the right word here. It wasn't long ago when the word 'coloured' meant black people, now that is considered an insult, black people prefer to be called black.

Gay is used now by youngsters to mean daft, silly.

eg, "you only worked for 8 hours, I worked for 12 you must be gay."

What makes language interesting is that it does change. If your only gripe is the use of the word gay, then, well, your a dinosaur.

If you don't like homosexual men and women then I don't get it, I don't understand how you or anyone can dismiss any group of people race, colour or sexuality, its a gross generalisation.

As said - lots of people do hold that view - but I have a different opinion.

I am not old enough to know where the "gay" word comes from but I just googled and found this:

As for doing what comes naturally, I think sexual activities between 2 men or 2 women (or 3 or 4...) is just as natural as that between Mr TP and myself.

too much liberalism allowed a place of teaching for the Royal Navy (Greenwhich College) to become a liberal university that allowed liberal ideals, that allowed ideas to be broadcast that probably help raise the ideals of two men that later went on to murder (not yet proven!) a young bandsman. The joke is its now going to cost some £48000 a year each to keep them both in Belmarsh so that the general prison population wont sort them out properly, and they never will get to pay back all their student loans they were given by our liberal education system. I have explained that I think of people with any sexuality as equal (involving consenting adults, of course) - I know some people do not agree.
I am explaining my opinion because I hope other will question their assumptions - if they've not thought much about this.

Why not bring up your children to believe being gas is just as acceptable as not being gay.
I have think I don't now what partners my children will choose and I want them to know either is OK.
