Glow worm FF combi - cutting out on hw call

I'd be grateful for some help please.

Have a client who has a glow worm FF combi installed in their loft extension. Pilot light is on but when a hot tap is opened, the boiler shudders to a halt, only to resume when the tap is closed.

Any ideas?

Not familiar with the model you mention however if it works okay on heating but not on hot water then you're focus would be on specific components associated with hot water side! The shudder could be heat related but would need more info TBH 🙂

It's because there's a naughty word in the middle when you miss out the gap.
