Hi after a bit of help Boiler goes to first stage pilot
And lights
But no voltage going to gas valve on second stage main burner and PCB diode or whatever it is is flashing
The lady had a another gas engineer before me who diagnosed a faulty PCB so she ordered one herself ( from reputable local merchant)
And asked me to fit as I was next door doing a install
Fitted new board tripped out RCD, reset and tried again no trip out but doing as start of post, which apparently same as it was doing before
Resistance is the same on both gas valve solenoids
Unfortunately no Mi,s and Thec was closed as after hours

Does the spark stop once the pilot is light?

I'm not sure the diode thing on the PCB continuously flashes though after pilot is lit, so I guess that is the spark

Just been today and it was inadequate pilot flame on the flame rectification probe, thank you Mike & Bigads
