glow worm micron 40ff problem

ive a glow worm micron 40ff, working fine up to the spark ignition, no spark. anybody familiar with this boiler? possible pcb, does anybody have any other ideas?

no cant hear or see it sparking, fires when lit manually tho.

Sorry how are you lighting it manually ? this is a fan power`d boiler, if its not sparking is fan running ?

ive got the front off, fan works, air switch is ok, gas valve letting gas into chamber, but no ignition, but it lights when lit by hand with a taper

put the cover back on the boiler and step away from the potential bomb and call a gas engineer to sort it for you

Will not spark with cover off, how do you know air switch ok ?

had a spare air switch, tried it, made no difference, still didnt fire.

Could be fan running to slow to open air switch !!
