went to this today its one i look after complaint was noisy. put into full rate and all was ok co2 9% flue etc good put into low rate and it nearly burst my eardrums and threw the analyser into new cell teritory nearly - glow worm said low rate offset must be out decress until the noise stops - did that and the burner kept going out - after a bit of playing got it to be quiet but when the boiler was turned off then on again it was noisy and readings would be all over the place in low rate only. left it half an hr while i had a drink and re tried and all was well co2 9% and no noise - then ten min later same again so suspected poss gas valve . after pricing gas valve and not sure if it was valve or fan or both glowworm fixed charge was cheaper option . called customer back later and glowworm had put new fan on .anyone had problems on this boiler and how did they know it wass the fan ? had them before noisy on full rate and normaly re setting mixture cures or range rating them down

had the same thing on a worcester and it was the diaghram flap bit just after the fan, opened ok when on full ( hw) but kept sticking on low (ch)Kept throwing the low co2 all over the place.. dont know if gw have those though. If not ignore me..
