Hi all

Have had the above pump in the house for 5+ years and it has worked really well. Just recently though it has started making a "knocking" noise when set to III (which it always has been). If I turn it down to II then it goes away - video attached

Any thoughts or suggestions on what to do? Is it on its way out?

Thanks in advance

Short of changing it, you might try it on CP2, 4th LED on the right, this should give you ~ 85% of the flowrate at full speed and noise might go away.

Thanks John

Will give that a try and come back to you

Does sound like it could be on its way out!

Cheers

It was quiet for a while on the 4th setting but now it's rattling again! I guess I will have it swapped out. I see this one is discontinued. Do you have a recommendation for a replacement? Thanks in advance

You could install a Wilo Yonos Pico 25/1-6-130 like mine which is heading for 7 years old now or go for the same again.
