Hi everyone and a Happy nu Year :santa_cheesy:
New to this site and just this morning found my heating kaput,I have a Potterton Puma 100e boiler approx 6yrs old,not firing up:no mains led,240 supply ok,fuse ok.As i live in central scotland i would appreciate any assistance you may give to get it running

dry/burnt joints on L/N connections on pcb would be first port of call

Thanks puddle will have a look at that,unfortunately everywhere is closed up hear so if that s the prob will have to wait few days yet. would there be anything else to consider Cheers

Not familiar with that boiler but on some there is a reset button hidden away somwhere that needs pressing when it looks like its dead but got power into it

Would have to go with puddle on this one. A very common fault. Get someone in who knows what their doing.
