Help mixer tap sticking!

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me. Recently I have been having problems with the cold supply on the tap as the water just dribbles out. I have disconnected the pipe work and checked the water pressure and the flow is good.
The problem I am having is trying to take it apart. Has anyone got any ideas?

I think the top part of the tap head unscrews on these.

As TB said, the top will unscrew. You'll prob find the spindle is stuck, needs taking out and re-greasing. Might need a new washer too.
