Hi ,I was wondering if anyone can help me sauce a flush pipe ,I bought a new back to wall unit which included an enclosed cistern ,when the plumber went to fit it he found the flush pipe to be cracked ,I have tried to sauce one locally but everywhere says it is an unusual size .I bought it from a company called QS supplies and the make of the unit is a phoenix ,both have been quite unhelpfull in sending a replacement .The plumber has used the cracked one by using tape for now, so we can at least use the toilet ! but i realy need to find a pipe of this size to replace ,the size is 50mm the end which goes into the cistern and 44mm the end which goes into the WC I have measured to the outside edge of the plastic ,realy hoping someone can advise of the best place to try online .many thanks in advance Rob

think your best off being strick with the supplier quoting the sales of goods act

You should have let your plumber supply the toilet as then he would have more power with the supplier as he would have accounts with them

Contact the manufacturer rather than the supplier.....9 times out of ten if they are any good then they will normally put cheap items like this in the post free of charge just to keep good aftercare.
