Hi All,

I've just started installing a kitchen hence my interest in the forum!

The pull out kitchen tap I bought arrived this morning. A Sauber-Baden from plumbworld, nice marketing, obviously doesn't come from anywhere germanic at this price.

The thing is that the black hose that pulls out is not installed inside the body of the tap. So it looks like I have to undo a slotted nut in the base to take the spout off in order to feed the hose through.

Is this normally how they are supplied? If so I'm going to need a tool to undo the nut.

Yea there's no way you could get it through as there crimped after there fed through
