I serviced above boiler today & the negative flue pressure indicated it was due for a clean.. hey ho removed the hex front cover & started having a go at it with Wb's little kit.. There was some pretty solid deposits in there it was a right jobby.. jeepers

anyone else come across this? I do some cdis with the same hex and they have never been that bad however the are NG & not LPG

Did you manage to improve the fan pressure through the hex?

I always seem to get more probs with the Worcesters on LPG!

Seems low for a negative fan reading... A quick look online says it needs -4.1 or greater

Did one of the nat gas cdi's today and had to use my trusty old piece of flattened 15mm copper to get the grey gravel (as i call it) shifted. Amazing how it builds up. lpg ones i do don't seem so bad, oddly.
