So..

I changed my name by deed poll nearly 2 years ago while I was training for my gas stuff.

The day I did it I sent my work (boss, accounts and office) an email with a scan of the legal document and fully explaining the situation.

All of my gas Cerys are in my right name, as is my ID card for the firm. The office still had their system under my old name when they generate CP12's.

I'm now being bloody investigated by HSE! Dunno wether to tell my boss he can **** off and leave 3 days early.

He was investigated by HSE last year for admin errors regarding gas safe registration. He told me today he could do without another investigation so I think he's just passed the buck.

I'm well ****ed off!!

wouldnt be worried all in the email also work have issued you with an id badge with your new name on it so this confirms they have received said email
