Ideal combi logic 30 - F1 code but pressure gauge is at 1.5?

Hi,

The boiler is not working and there is currently no hot water and it is not turning on..F1 message has flagged up and I have read around that this means that the pressure is low..checked the pressure gauge and it is at 1.7? I'm not sure what is happening! If the pressure gauge is okay then why has F1 come up? thankyou

Have you reset the boiler.
Look in user manual and it will tell you how to do it.

If that doesn't work you need a gas safe engineer.
Ask to see there card when they arrive

Check to see if boiler is still covered on warranty ! is so call out Ideal Boilers if not then call local Gas Safe engineer .
