ideal isar HE24

Hi all

got a strange one with a ideal isar he24, with no power checked all fuses which are all good changed pcb still the same the wire loom checked all good.

the old board looks like it blown on the bottom right corner could this have blown the on off board ?

would the other board be faulty or am i missing something ? ive had loads of these and all you do is change the board

I know this is an old post. I have seen where the wrong plugs have been put in wrong place there are 2 that are the same blowing board and engineers taken back to merchants. I have had 2 of these.where merchants have re shelved
