has anyone came across this before? got called out to a cust who said the boiler sounded like it was running but no heat, i head over collecting an igntion pcb on the way as have had this before. when in got there the boiler was running but only on a low flame about 2.5 mb, turned it on and off a few times to see if it was igniting without problem all seemed ok. aps ok checked voltage at gas valve seemed correct check thermister ohms readings seemed good all seemed ok even checked pump out for poor circulation all good. when i finally put it all back together worked a treat but couldnt really explain it wondered if it could be an intermittant fault on main pcb? but as i told the customer i cant really find a fault on a boiler which isnt going the fault state, hope im missing something simple but scratching my head a little bit. hopefully will all be good but if he calls would like a idea before hand as his wife is coming home from a long stay in hospital this weekend. any help would be great, hate it when people throw pcbs in for fun!!
