Is there a knack to installing them quicker? Seems to take me in order of 1-2 hours more than installing an Ideal. The wall jig needs like 4 screws to hang and needs quite a flat wall (Ideals and Vaillants hung with two screws then your whole boiler is on on wall) then you need to hang boiler itself. Joining boiler to jig isnt as straight forward as putting valves onto bottom of boiler (vaillant ideal), integrated filling loop installation is a pain, Worcester doesnt come with any preformed copper bends, screwing turret to boiler is fiddly. Just seems unecessaraily complex yet Junior the worst culprit is the most popular boiler (how many ive seen with caked flow/returns that didn't line up, with pressure vessel that has never been joined). I must be really crap just can't understand how someone can actually prefer to install a Worcester 😕

I find the jig is nice to pipe up, after that I agree it’s a pain.
Vaillant Ecotec pro are my favourite. Nice valves you can get a spanner on, no filling loop in the way on a pro. I sometime wish the plate to scre to the wall was bigger with more fixing options though.
