Situation:
I have a 2 bed flat in a high-rise block (London EC1 area), the radiators heating is supplied by communal heating system. The hot water (for bath, sink, basin) is supplied by a Heatrae Sadia Water Heater. There is a gas supply in kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom are next to each other (share a same wall). The exist Water Heater is on another side of kitchen and bathroom.
(1) Now I am considering installing a new combi boiler, to replace exist water heater. At the moment, I am prefer either Vaillant or Worcester combil but open to suggestions.
(2) I also need to install a new acrylic bath (replace a same size old cast iron bath) and a thermostatic mixer shower over the bath.
Can you please give me a quote with brand and model of boiler? please also include your gas safety registration number.A site survey can be arranged.
