Is this strictly for jobs completed this month or can it be from your back catalogue?

I notice the tilers are very strict on this and even go to such extremes as having today's paper in shot like a ransom video.

I was lucky as my bathroom was finished in September but easily could have been done in March or something. As long as its your own work does it really matter when it was done? I mean the further back you go the worse a job looks if anything
