Hi can anybody tell me how tight does a leadloc fitting to lead pipe need to be obviously not as tight as to copper as lead is soft plus is,there any tool that can trim the lead pipe down i know stanley knives are common but thought there maybe some special tool any help appreciated.

"Maximum torque 15 lbf ft"

1. Make sure you have the correct size leadloc for weight of lead.
2. If you've space around the pipe why not a utc

Shavehook or garden knife for cleaning / shaving.
