Main combi 30 he problem??

Hi I'm after some advice re my main combi 30 he boiler

in the past I've had issues with the condensate drain becoming blocked but after cleaning it out a number of times I know that this is not the problem now.
I've reset the boiler a number of times but it won't work so no heating or hot water.

the power neon comes on but the hot water neon just flashes on for a split second but nothing happens

can anyone help??
