I am DIY but I am competent. I have just fitted a Mira Select replacing a Mira CombiFlow which I fitted 10 years back. The Select is dripping from the shower head (3 drips every 30 seconds). I have to admit that when I fitted it a did not fit the flow regulator (because I didn't know where to put it). Could that be why it's dripping / why the off control is allowing water to seep through?

Thanks in advance

I am in the UK (Liverpool)

I called Mira, they asked what my pressure was and was it within the spec (spec below). How the hell do I know what bar my water pressure is? I called United Utilties and they don't know but said it was unlikely that I was more than 5 bar.

Is there any way I can find out what my water pressure is without buying some kit?

Pressures
• Max Static Pressure: 10 Bar.
• Max Maintained Pressure: 5 Bar.

Only way to know your pressure is to measure it, good idea to measure it at a time of low demand too as it can be one or two bar higher .
