Hi - any help would be appreciated.

I have a mixer tap in the bathroon basin, and the flexible tap connectors have started leaking. I have identified that the connector to the valve has a female end (15mm), however the only ones I have found online are the 10mmx30cmx15mm compression fitting from wickes etc. I have tried using a bsp 1/2" brass female socket, and whilst I can connect the flexible connector to the female socket, and the other end of the socket to the pipping, it leaks when I turn on the valve! Any ideas?

Alternatively any ideas where I can get a monobloc flexible tap connector which has a female end?

Thanks in advance

I was asking a chap at Wickes about these flexihoses and he said they don't make them anymore, which is bizarre as our taps are only two years old. I have searched B&Q, Pochin, Wickes and various others to no avail. The only place I can find them is on ebay.

You will find most decent plumbing merchants keep them, you can also upgrade to copper tails if you wish
