Newbie help please Worcester 24ri

Hi peeps this is my 1st post,came across my 1st worcester greenstar 24ri today,the boiler went through the motions but wouldn't fire up or even go to lock out!
checked the condense trap which was all clear so was pointing to pcb,changed this and now does go to lock out now after 5/6 attempts but still wont fire up.
any ideas please??........i am gas safe registered

Is there any settings on the pcb (pots to adjust,links to be fitted etc) check u haven't missed anything silly like that. Barring that I think it's a phone call to w/Bosch tech help matey. I've not really had alot of issues with that series of worcesters, I usually find it's the wireless controller or external controls that are at fault when I'm repairing these systems
