long story but this southerner moved to leeds a few month ago.
we let her put some large stuff in front room as we had no work to do in there
shes been a mare since. with everyone that's been today landlord as sent me this after she emailed him 2 pages of what she wants like new chrome light switches pink shades etc.

I have this afternoon been engaged in lengthy discussions with Lee relating to the extensive list of issues you have raised.
Firstly, I will address the rather abrupt paragraph you have written stipulating that you do not want Lee to call or text you again. Lee maintains all of our properties and has done for many years. I have never had any complaints about Lee or the tradesmen he commissions to carry out maintenance work to the properties.
It would be highly inappropriate and impractical for you to attempt to arrange appointments for work to be carried out through me when either Lee or the contractors under his control will be undertaking the works.
Lee is required to attend all the properties on an annual basis to carry out the gas safety checks.
Unfortunately therefore, if you are not willing to liaise with Lee and the other contractors in this way you tenure will be untenable.
It would me much easier for everyone concerned if you would work with the various tradesmen rather than working against them. So far you seem to have fallen out with just about everyone who has been to the property.
Stipulating who can and who cannot attend the property and requesting that appointments be made through me and at a minimum of 24 hours notice is doing little other than causing animosity.
