So a Salamander pump has been fitted. The cold feed is standard coming from tank, the hot I was supplied with an s Flange. I never use these, only Essex flanges.
The cold water works well and has good pressure, but there is no hot. There is hot at the tap though.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks

Hi, we should be able to help, we just need a little more information -
  1. Can you let us know the pump serial number?
  2. You stated that there is no hot but hot at the tap. Is the pump connected to the taps and working ok, but there is a problem with the hot water to the shower? Or is the tap unpumped (supplied by gravity) and the problem is with the shower only which is hot from the pump?
Thanks
