Please help

Our Grant Vortex Pro oil combi boiler seems to have developed a drip from some sort of valve where it looks like there's a limescale build up. There is no water at all from hot tap and no pressure in the boiler. The heating works fine however.

Is there something I can do or should I call a pro?

Ideally new pump valve they can be sort of interesting to do due to lack of movement.
If you can undo valve top and remove remains of fiber washer I've wound a few turns of loctite 55 in then nipped up successfully.

If it was frozen quite likely the valve has split best to change them both out

To be fair at one point Grant did have a bad batch of pump valves that leaked for fun fibre washer fell to bits!
Rep dropped of 2 full boxes of pump valves made some decent money changing them.
