I see, most FGA have a USB connection for a computer, could you perhaps save the results of the tightness test on to the unit and then when you get home, transfer them to your computer and keep them as a electronic record. That way you could print them off if needs be.

Regardless or not of what your FGA can record or print out, the bit paper or results are worthless. Anyone with half a brain could doctor a result. It is meaningless.
Document everything as you find it is all you can do and don't let managers/ supervisors or whatever they think they are, take the ****.
It is your livelihood on the line. Fk him and his targets.

I work in social housing and have boys returning LGSRs with: 0.5mbar drop over 2mins, no smell of gas, tnt advised.

I have no trouble with this at all. I'd rather they did note the drops because if they don't and the quality control auditors find the drop, they will get picked up on their paperwork.

You can bet a 2.5 drop will be smelt by someone eventually, different people have different thresholds of smell. That escape won't heal up, only get worse.
If someone calls out the gas emergency service it WILL be cut off, so I certainly agree with those who say note it officially.
Having been caught out myself in the past, I never walk away from any escape any more.
