Hi hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

I'm finishing off this horrible job where I have put a shower tray in and had to build a frame to support the enclosure next to a window. (It looks as bad as it sounds).

Cust originally wanted to just use a shower curtain, then changed mind for enclosure.

Cust got from plumbworld, £130 and feels it.

I have fixed the rails to the wall and I have tried fitting the door. It comes as a sheet of glass and I have to put it on the hinges I have tried it a few different ways but either I'm doing something wrong or it's just poor quality.

I put the door on the hinges but the door doesn't shut fully, about half an inch from shutting fully, I can put some gentle force on it but it feels like it will break if it's done too often. I have tried turning it round, turning the frame around.

It's the 700 x 700 Hydrolux pivot door. Is anyone familiar with it?

I had a long day yesterday and called it a day at 10 pm as it was driving me mad and I don't think I was thinking clearly.
This type of enclosure I can normally do on my own in an hour and a half so something is not right.

If anyone is familiar with this can you help please.

If you followed the instructions and it's all level and still doesn't work then what can you do?
If the customer provided it, it's their problem, hope you're charging for staying until 10pm.
Don't let it grind you down mate, we've all been there. You learn to include little disclaimers when customers want to save money and provided cheap tat after experiences like this.
