Gents,
Be wary of this guy:

I PM'd him and first he insisted on a quote via PM - no phone call, no visit. When I declined to do that, he agreed to a visit.
So I turn up and get the whole story -
Landlord lives in Nigeria, the tenant has no hot water, and wants a new boiler and powerflush TOMORROW! Seriously, tomorrow! Then comes the best bit. He wants to pay by instalments.
Apparently the landlord says he hasn't got the money to pay for it. The tenant has just paid this month's rent and has demanded it back to pay for the boiler. Doesn't know whether landlord will agree to this. He needs to pay his car insurance and so is skint. Can he pay weekly instalments for 2-3 weeks.
I got a VERY dodgy vibe and told him I'm not licensed to offer credit. I do take cards, however, but oddly enough, he didn't want to pay by credit card and repay them over 2-3 weeks...:sosp:
If you're going to quote for the work, be careful!
