Potterton Suprima 100l problem

Hi, I'm new to the site and have a problem with my Potterton Suprima 100L boiler, Its now about 14 years old and has been working fine, I changed the PCB control board about 6 years ago and not really had any problems with it. However in the last week the RED light has been locked on and I am not getting any Hot Water. When I turn on the C/H the boiler green light comes on fine and the boiler fires up and I get hot water and hot radiators, so its only not working when I just have the hot water on ??. Is this a typical potterton fault or do I have a problem elsewhere.

So the RED light is not flashing (the normal problem with the PCB) its just solid RED only when I have the Hot water only on, its working fine with the C/H on ???
