Earnt some top money on new build apartments in mid 2000,s,but houses have always been poor,just sick of chucking heatings in council kennels,with ********s to matchprices are pants on new build. Thats why most of the plumbing you see on new build is very, very poor.
i dont think its changed much but around my way its about:-
rad £10
boiler£70 inc flue
bath £30
toilet /basin £20 each
kitchen sink £35
unvented £85
fill up £20
commission £40
gas carcass £20
and first fix about quid per meter of hep going in

Last time I did new builds I was getting 850 per bungalow.

Lucky to get £450.
Down where I am it's £35 for 1 stack which includes waste ran under floor. It's £10 extra to take it to vent & £5 for an inspection hatch.[/QUOT
