Good Morning Martin Thank you for the information regarding Nottingham Lettings. It appears, from the information you provided, that the business do not have a license to advertise with the Gas Safe brand. In light of this information I will be writing to the business requesting that they take immediate steps to remove our registered trademarks from their website and any other advertising material. They will be advised that failure to do this will result in Gas Safe Register passing their details on to Nottinghamshire County Council, Trading Standards Service for their consideration of a possible offence under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. I should like to thank you however, for bringing this matter to our attention as unfortunately there are businesses that are using the Gas Safe Register trademarks illegally and it is only with the assistance of registered businesses, that we are able to take suitable action in pursuing these businesses.
