Any of you guys know the Temperature the safety stat kicks in on this manifold/brand? or where i can get manuals/tech for RBM Kilma products?

The ufh is running indeterminately when there's call, but it keeps kicking off due to this safety stat @ around 45-50C.
I don't know if this is the correct although suspect it is, I have no tech to reference

Pumps- okay
zone valves - okay

I suspect it may be air-locked, theres no sight glasses to check flow through circuits, just valves to set flow.

Thanks

I took the head off the thermostatic valve, thinking the needle/valve may be jammed - It doesn't seem to make a blind bit of difference whether its off the valve or set from 1-5, that safety stat is kicking off. I cant seem to find its correct cut off temp anywhere so i'am stuck right now.

manifold is not scorching, but is hot - the flow up to the thermostatic valve is scorching.

There is flow going down the manifold & if it decides its going to run for more than 20mins It does return as-well

Check the other manifold hasn't got a lockshield arrangement which is almost closed. Had that on a Nu-heat manifold.

Stick the thermostatic valve head back on, turn it down to mid position.
The water is coming in too hot and the overheat will cut the pump.

Aye I've tired that Chalked, It was cutting out even on 1

I can seem to source a new Safety stat anywhere

Thanks for the reply! 🙂

Thanks man.. but that one looks like a clamp on one, the ones that's on there is a screw down, so i'am thinking that's not going to fit

I think that will fit most. The ones that Wundafloor supply are screw on. Try ringing them.
